Pilates for Aerialists: Optimizing Inversion Technique

Fine-tune your long to short-armed inversion strength through some of the fundamentals of Pilates from the ground, to a low hanging knot and beyond. All levels are welcome and will be challenged appropriately.
Prerequisites: beginner’s aerial skill set and above
We will dig quite a bit into technique of deep abdominal pilates and pelvic control, and make it specific to inverting.
