Jenn completed her Pilates reformer and equipment certification in London with the world- renowned Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). At APPI, she absorbed the latest clinical movement knowledge and methods on rehabilitating clients experiencing a variety of pain. Her Balanced Body Mat Certification was completed largely through private sessions with Nanci Patch in Georgetown, TX. Here she learned specialized modifications for the client with low back pain.
Recently, she taught classes in Melbourne, Australia on a working holiday visa. While in Melbourne, she completed a Barrel and Spine Corrector Certificate in with Polestar Pilates.
Jenn also has years of experience working with women experiencing a variety of changes specific to their pelvic floor, including those present during pre/post partum and peri/post menopause. She has most recently obtained her Women’s Health Certificate with APPI to formalize this information.
Currently, she is based in London, England while she obtains her Masters in Sports Therapy.
