Pilates is better with essential oils

Pilates is designed to be a full body experience. Our sensory system- smell included- plays a large role in how we create pleasant memories and movement experiences. Thanks to my new product sponsors at Organic Aromas, I have started using their signature essential oil, “Serenity” in my new RainDrop Nebulizer during private and small group pilates sessions over the last month of working in Australia. It has added a benefit of relaxation and intentionality to the breath-work cued throughout each session.

As a traveling pilates instructor, I was especially impressed with Organic Aromas’s ability to ship to me internationally in Australia to begin our collaboration. I have enjoyed having it as a part of my teaching process ever since receiving it, and have loved seeing my logo come to life delicately on the light wood base.

I recommend all wellness enthusiasts and pilates instructors alike check out Organic Aromas for their aromatherapy needs.
