Pilates for Aerialists Online Program
This tailored online program is targeted specifically for aerialists and acrobats who are detail-oriented and seeking balance in their bodies both grounded and in the air. Concepts delivered in this program are always in response to each client who moves through the program. The knowledge shared is specific to my Masters in Sports Therapy, where I spent detailed time studying deep abdominal recruitment in aerialists and acrobats.
Pilates for Women’s Health Online Program
Using the wealth of knowledge I’ve gained from my Women’s Health Pilates Certificate and years of experience working with women of all ages, this 12-week online coaching program is designed specifically for the woman who might be going through a variety of life changes as experienced pre/post partum, peri/post menopause, and at all stages of a maintaining a healthy pelvic floor.
Pilates for Hypermobility Online Program
This 12-week online program is perfect for anyone who considers themselves to be hypermobile. Hypermobility exists in 20% of the population and can lead to long-term pain and chronic instability. Pilates is the best possible way to specifically strengthen your body to help you achieve your movement goals and safeguard your joints for life.
