Pilates and Aerial Silks Choreography Workshop: Deep Abdominal Strength and Pelvic Control

The focus of this workshop will be on fine-tuning deep core strength and pelvic control on the mat and in low-hanging knots using Pilates for aerialists concepts before entering the air for a choreography workshop, where Jenn will teach some original silks choreography with an emphasis on transitioning the Pilates concepts to the air.
Prerequisites: Intermediate. Must be able to invert multiple times; hip key and climb; supported back balance. Many of my moves I demonstrate from a long-armed inversion so that’s a big bonus.
